Freestyle 15 is a pop punk trio from Windsor Ontario Canada. We've been togeather for more than 2 years and have recently began experimenting with our sound. Were all about having fun and writing the best songs we can. Our once straight ahead blink 182 inspired sound has evoloved into something we can truely call our own.

Band/artist history

We formed in the spring of 2001 when we were 15 years old. (hence the 15) It took us a while to get into the scene and we've now been playing shows in and around Windsor for about a year and a half.

Have you performed in front of an audience?

Yes we play live. Mostly in our home city of Windsor. Playing live is why we are in a band. It is by far the best part of being in a band. I guess a special moment for us would have been at Punk-a-polloza in the summer of 03. The crowed went nuts and that was probly the best show we ever played. Besides that, the release of our first CD It's Who We Are was pretty special too.

Your musical influences

Blink 182, thats why were hear. They got us into it. Now, bands like Mest, Pennywise, Nofx, The Decendents, The Used and NFG have influenced us. (just to name a few)

Fender Guitars and Basses. Pearl and DW Drum equipment. Zildjian Cymbals. Marshall and Yorkville amps. Ernieball Guitar and Bass strings. Dunlop Tortex Picks. Electro Harmonix effects pedals.
