Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Having played keys on and off since the age of 5 and with nearly 10 years of predominantly self taught production experience, I'm working to become one of Australia, and the Worlds, finest up and coming electronic producers.
This experience has come from writing, recording and producing over two albums worth of my own material, playing in several bands, recording and producing multiple rising talents in my home town of Brisbane and fulfilling commissions to write and produce music for various dance choreographers.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I haven't started playing live yet. Lookin forward to it though...
Your musical influences
I get inspired by the groovier, funkier and darker sides of music. I think more than anything, I like the idea of music being funky, sexy, dark and a little bit 'tongue in cheek'.
What equipment do you use?
A Macbook Pro with reliable software - Ableton Live paired with various plugins, and high quality instruments and recording equipment - a Nord Lead 2X, Akai controller surfaces, Behringer & Shure studio monitors and a PreSonus Interface.
