Frank Pryor
My name is Frank Pryor. I am songwriter and record producer from the great state of Texas!!! I love music, from classical to modern rock and everything in between. I have played in many different styles of bands and as a result, have written or co-written a vast array of songs in many different genres. I now work mostly as a recording engineer and producer, and I am commissioned from time to time to write songs for or with people. On this page, you'll find a few of the things I've done in my spare time...enjoy, or don't...whichever you prefer!!!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I was born in 1976...discovered music from Prince in the early 80's....hair bands a few years later...grunge...alternative...country...alternative country...which brings me here, writing and procucing a bunch of different genres.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live occasionally, not as much these days since I'm always in the studio working on something.

Prince, Ryan Adams, Quincy Jones, The Beatles, The Stones, Hendrix, The Cure, The Pixies, The Clash, Counting Crows, Tom Waits, Elton John, Leonard Cohen, lots of influences.
