Fly Guy Jashun
Fly Guy Ja'shun (Jaylin Jackson) was born in Shreveport,LA and raised in Mansfield,LA in a single parent household until he was 10 years old. In 2008, his mother moved the family to Shreveport where he now attends Southwood High School.
At one time, he was punished regularly for writing while in class and failing to pay attention. Until one particular teacher paid attention and decided to read the notes being furiously jotted by the young scribe. She was astonished to find her seemingly distracted student was actually tending and penning the roots of what was a very good story.
She submitted the story to the Young Authors Club which garnered Fly Guy Jashun 1st place, publication of his story and a feature article about his achievements in the local newspapers.
Inspired, Jaylin soon combined his lyrical skills with his other passion, music. He is also a talented drummer who played regularly for his home church.
From punished to published to, this young entrepreneur has excellent work ethic, great creativity, smash hits and unshakable plans already in motion and succeeding!
