Fly By Night
Hiya. We're Fly By Night, an acoustic/emo duo out of Greenfield, IN, formed in mid-Dec. 2003. We're writing a lot of songs right now, and we'll be starting to play shows soon. I'm just learning computer recording and mixing, so please excuse the quality of the recordings. You are encouraged to download and burn the songs. They sound much better on a good stereo anyway. Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We were in a PunkRock/Alternative band, Bluflame, for approximately three years. We played quite a few shows and were coming into our own, but forces out of our control made it necessary to go our separate ways. Around January of this year, Kevin and I started writing some acoustic songs seperately and decided to combine and become the unstoppable force of Fly By Night. Right now, were on the prowl for shows and continuing to write and record.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We havent played any shows as Fly By Night yet, but we played in a previous band together and loved playing shows. Shows are all about having fun and trying to catch the attention of the cute girl with black hair in the corner while keeping with the beat.
