Flashband
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Flash was formed in 2000 as a melodic Hard Rock band. A self-produced EP called "Life Through the Tears" was recorded in 2001. After some personnel changes, the current four-piece line up combined in 2003 to launch the new Flash - a heavier and faster Classic Style Heavy Metal band. Based on the classic Heavy Metal sound, the music incorporates different elements from many music styles, ranging from fusion to progressive metal. The band recorded a demo called "The Other Side" in 2004, which included 3 original tracks and 2 interesting cover versions of Deep Purple's "Mad Dog" and "Hall of the Mountain King" by Ritchie Blackmore's Rainbow. Flash plans to enter the studio to record a full length album in the near future. Meanwhile, the band continues to perform extensively.
