Battles/Disses

NEWS FLASH!!! I took a break from the next "studio" album and decided to look back at some of the stuff from my past. While sometimes you need to grow into your skill, I thought that some work was in order. In other words, the ideas were good but the execution terrible. So I went back, remixed them, and the result is my current project entitled "Hindsight- The Remix Collection". So far I've uploaded 13 tracks from the album here and gotten some great reviews. But tell me what you think! Hey, it wasn't all that long ago that when you said the words "white rapper", you thought of either sellout flops like Vanilla Ice or freak acts like House of Pain. But things are just a bit different now. It's not a matter of skin color anymore. It's about skills. It's about words. It's about bringing people into your world and letting 'em see just what it's like to be you for a while.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
Oddly enough, I got my start as a karaoke junkie. Career highlight to date was Summerfest 2002 in Provo, UT (show sold 15,000 tix and was headlined by Nelly and Fabolous)
Your musical influences
I cut my teeth listening to 2Pac, so I'd like to think that there's an element of his anger and his universal appeal in my music. I love Dr. Dre's laid-back approach to beat making. And I like Eminem because, unlike a lot of rappers, his songs tell a story and that's a goal I have with every song I record.
