And once upon a time...
The Five Boyertown Cocks were formed in the summer of 2001. The Cocks are a close brotherhood of musicans that have been playing together since 9th grade. Every Christmas they would get together and write an album for their friend who moved up to New York. During the summer of 2001 founding member Rock Cock and Mystery Cock wrote the song "Boyertown Hoe" as a joke. It came out of a conversation that Rock had with a fellow classmate. Rock noticed how people such as Lesbians and Gays often have support groups for each other. These support groups help them cope with the difficulties and abuses they receive on a daily basis. He noticed how one group in particular did not have a support group, these were the Hoe's. So Rock Cock decided to write a song that stood up for the Hoe's. Thus is how the song "I want a Boyertown Hoe" came about. After the song was recorded Rock played it for the rest of the Cocks and they thought it was so great that they decided to form a band around it. The band was then dedicated to writing and performing songs with the same spirit as "I want a Boyertown Hoe." Thus is how it all started.Have you performed in front of an audience?We play all around the Boyertown area. Emmaus, Pottstown, Reading, Limerick.
Your musical influences
Well, here goes... Led Zepplin, Van Halen and AC/DC started our interests. But The Who, Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Elvis really get us going.What equipment do you use?

Amps: A few Marshal's
Drums: A Hart Dynamic's set, a Pearl set and a Ludwig set.Anything else?
