Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started rapping in 1998 under many aliases. I've been on many piece of shit shady INTERNET labels, & finally said fuck this & started my own, Casketballin' Productions. I got alot of local cats spittin' straight lyrics, cats like Crovax the Cursed, Nutcaze the Philosopher, MC Myztery, Ayngelik, Bile, & many more. I worked on my album "Life is but a Nightmare" for about a year, & when I finally finished it, I relized the quality was SHIT. I am starting an all new project from scratch with new programs that sound alot better.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I havn't played anywhere live yet. Me & the Casketballin' Militia plan on doing some shows hopefully soon this summer. We just want to profect ourselves, to releave the thought of getting booed off the stage like Ma$e or somethin'.
Your musical influences
My musical influences are hip hop to the fullest. Mastamind from NATAS is probably one of the greatest emcees of all time in my mind. Genius/GZA is a huge influence on me, as well as the rest of the Wu-Tang Clan. Esham, Afu-Ra, Killah Priest, Jeru the Damaja, Pastor Troy, NATAS, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Canibus, Lost Boyz, and many others. Lyrical hip hop is the greatest kind of hip hop to me.Production wise I love RZA's production. As well as 4th Disciples. Some of my biggest influences thought, are NytMare the Fallen Angel, Renigade, & Lunatic Vic, just for helpin' me get where I am today. Those 3 emcees have helped me so much, mentally & lyrically, much love & respects goes out to each one of them.
What equipment do you use?
My computer is like my drawing board. I do everything on it. I have ACID Music & Cooledit96 & some other shit. I have a $25 keyboard that I enjoy putting into some beats (hahaha). I am beginning to save up money to start to get some real shit. But so far all I got, is the computer, & my imagination.
