Far - Vue VIII
In Him In Him
This is a praise song adapted from Colossians. It works well as an opening song, but could also be done in a celtic sytle with more of a focus on worship.
New Every Morning New Every Morning
Taken from Lamentations , Isaiah 40, and numerous Psalms, this is a song of praise and exhaultation.
Far Far
This is another early set, uptempo praise song. It is taken from Psalm 103. Let all that is within me bless His Holy Name!
He Lifts My Head Up He Lifts My Head Up
Inspired by Psalm 27, and done in 6/8 time, this song has a real celtic feel to it. It is perhaps the most popular song of mine at our church.
Its You Its You
There's some Country influence in this song. It could work as a special or offertory song.
Sing a New Song Sing a New Song
He is Our Peace He is Our Peace
My pastor asked me to write a song to go along with the sermon that he was preaching from Ephesians 2. The result was this song. It was originally used as an offertory piece but was used thereafter in the main worship set.
Let It Rise Let It Rise
This is a worship song that focuses on the Lord as our praise rise to him. We do the chorus of Holy, Holy, Holy after the second chorus and that works great.
Distant Rain Distant Rain
This song was written during one of those dry spells in my life. Being a former farmer, I understand the great need for gentle rain. This song works well at invitation and can be used in late set worship.
I Will Sing I Will Sing
Remember Him Remember Him
This song was taken from the well known verses in Isaiah. It was written specifically as a communion song.
We Bow Down We Bow Down
This song was inspired by the story of Jesus calming the seas and the diciples bowing down and worshiping Him.
In the Morning Light In the Morning Light
This is my attempt to write a Celtic hymn. We have a little jam at the end that sort of just happened in the studio. Skip Cleavenger on the pipes. Grammy winning dobro player Curtis Burch and Sean Watkins of Nickle Creek add their talents to the work
