Farsighted is a four-piece punk/emo band from Lloydminster, AB/SK.

Band/artist history

Farsighted played their first show at Axetreme Fest in March, 2002, placing second. They have played many local shows since then with bands such as The Rock Band, Kiros, and NorthShore. In March, 2004, the band played Axetremefest once again, winning the first round and advancing to the final round at Red's in West Edmonton Mall. Their area is ever-expanding throughout Alberta and Saskatchewan. In May, 2004, they are set to record their first album at Octave Studios in Lloydminster. Look for mp3's online upon release of their debut CD.
