Fari studied classical vocal in central India and has been part of the experimental music collective Resonancefm for three years, producing CDs and events as well as performing. She plays laptop in various styles from chinese folk trance or indian dance fusion to futuristic disco: ICA, Corsica Arts Studios, Asian Mela - London.
Performing Indian classical with harmonium and laptop while singing ancient ragaas is one of her talents: Corsica Arts Studios and Scaledown live.
She is currently learning circuit bending and is using this to incorporate the Indian classical in the electronic experiments that she has performed at Barbican, Bestival, V Festival, Big Green Gathering, Thames Festival, live in Calfornia for the CD launch of 'Women Take Back the Noise', which features two of Fari's hand built sound art tracks.Have you performed in front of an audience?London, UK, USA.
