Our band basically started out when Jake and Justin were in the eighth grade and wanted to make a band with friends. That never worked out and about a year later David was added to the roster. Then a little after that Stella joined our motley crew.Have you performed in front of an audience?No, we don't play live too much. We're just getting on our feet. We have played at our school once doing a cover of Knockin' on Heaven's door (who hasn't?) and that was successful. But the people want more, so dammit we'll give them more!
(Perhaps at the Blue Strawberry in downtown this summer on alternative weekends?!?! It's something to hope for!)
Your musical influences
Haha, we're all from different reaches of the rock planet. Guns 'N Roses, Led Zeppelin, They Might Be Giants, The Beatles, Yes, Meat Puppets, AC/DC, Pink Floyd - they're all influences.What equipment do you use?
Justin plays on an Epiphone, a Les Paul model. Jake has a spiffy Fender bass. David's got a Yamaha keyboard, but a brand-spanking new Korg coming this Christmas. Stella just plays some acoustic guitar.Anything else?
Just in case you were wondering, we consist of four members currently. Justin on guitar, David on keyboard, Stella on acoustic guitar/cowbell/vocals, and Jake on bass. We hope to have a permanent drummer eventually.
