The Faculty is a movement, it's a way of thinking, feeling and believing. it's not only a crew but a family, in some instances literally, of business minded individuals thats about their business.
The Faculty was formed by its seasoned leader, Kuzin. After coming across a bunch of well wishers AND nay-sayers, Kuzin never lost his focus or his grind and wanted a team of go getters that would work just as hard if not harder than him. He didn't have to look no further than his family and friends he came up with. The Faculty consists of his younger brother P, bestfriend Traum, good friends Stones, Cam with whom he grew up with and the lone latin representer of the circle of mc's, Tito. With this undeniably gifted group of cats, The Faculty is determined to be the next dynasty or movement to represent New York's hip hop scene. (KUZIN) "i'm a hard workin' dude...i've come across a bunch of bullshitters and well wishers that juss weren't willin' to do what I was willin to do...but the only problem is/was, I didn't have the funds to support my ideas so I had to play my position...but now the ball is in my court and i'm ready to grind and prove I can do this on my own. I got a TEAM behind me and we full throttle now, and we gonna grind til' the labels start knockin', feel me?"
With the first project in the works "We Bout Bizness! vol.1" This proves to be a movement in progress

(KUZIN)ultimately...whoever's doin' it.. but like I said i'm tryina create a movement so i'd have to say D-Block, Diplomats and G-Unit cause they move as a unit and they gettin' it
