My names ETX3 of the Phonetic Armageddon. I chose the name ETX3 because it is an abbreviated name for Erthtone 13.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Myself and my group have been into HIp hop for a very long time. I've been seriously honing my skills since about 1996.I met up with some Kids in college and since then we've been focused. We've always been critical of music so we have always been hesitant to put something out, but everything in time... of course.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes, i play live. It's cool. I feel that one must play often in order to feel totally comfortable. But all in all it's great experience
Your musical influences
I'm more into R&B and soul... The O'jays, The Floaters, Lenny Williams etc....However, music is universal. So i am nondiscriminant. I would say that KRS1 is a great musical influence for me. He's a well read indiviual. I would like to say that my music has always been a very positive based music. One with substance.

I do most of my production on the ASR10 and i've dabbled into the MPC2000
