Ethan Becker
Basically a solo acoustic band. I am the singer/songwriter, and I play guitar. When there are other instruments on the tracks, I'll give credit where credit is due.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Not alot of history. I just eventually decided it would be better to put some music down to tape, instead of just playing for myself all the time.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yet to play live, because there's yet to be a place where I can. I must say I'd love to though.
Your musical influences
I'm a huge Beatles fan, they almost own my life. Other than that my main influences would be Elliott Smith and Nick Drake. Recently though, I've been really into Bob Dylan. I really like folk music.
What equipment do you use?
My guitar is an old country Silvertone, I rescued it from my school and brought it back to life. It just needed some love and care.
