PRICING/RIGHTS:
The value of the track is at my discretion, but is limited to;
Exclusive: Credit is given to ess kode beatz @ soundclick.com, production rights also remain, however all profits you make from the track are kept and the beat belongs to only yourself and ess kode beatz. A contract must be agreed on and signed by both parties before track release.
Exclusive beats range from $100-300USD
Leasing: To be used for one profitable commercial recording or broadcast, however, non-exclusive rights to the beat remain. Leasing rights to a beat can be sold multiple times by ess kode beatz and the beat will remain for sale. A contract must be agreed on and signed by both parties before track release.
Leasing ranges from $40-60USD
Demos: Demo Beats to be used for non-commercial purposes only. Demo Beats can be made custom, and full producing credit must be given to ess kode beatz @ soundclick.com.
Demo beats range from $20-50USD
All beats will be sent to the buyer on CD in 44.1khz 16bit WAV format.
