Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yep. Anywhere the oppurtunity arrises. I haven't done much performing down here in ATL cause i've been so busy trying to get my recording studio, ESM Recording, up and running and ready for business - which it is now. :-)
I love live perfomances because it brings something special out of you that you didn't know you had. My special moment happened the first time I performed a real gig. It was with R. Kelly's brother C. "Killah" Kelly. The show went perfectly and I made a few new 'fans' in the process - girls of course - that my then girlfriend didn't really 'appreciate'. To make a long story short, she drug me off the dancefloor by my collar cause they were giving me a little too much "entertainment". ;^]
It was funny as hell! LOLOLOL!
Your musical influences
There are so many. My musical tastes range from Booty-shake to Classic Rock to everything in between. I like old-school, new-school, no-school fools! Really, i'm into everything; House, Trip, Funk, Jazz, Rap, Hip-Hop (yes, there's a difference), Neo-soul, Alt-soul, RnB, Rock, Alt-rock, Classic rock, New wave, "Real" Alternative (80's pink-toe stuff), Pop, New age....the list goes on and on.
What equipment do you use?
Man, I use a lot of stuff.
PC-based DAW (Nuendo, SX, etc.)
MPC 2k, Triton, XP-50, P2K, VSTi's, Gigastudio, too many plugins to list here so check out my site which lists much much more, Takamine acoustic-electric guitar and as many musicians as I can commandeer.
Anything else?
