Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I have played at small venues. Right now I'm focusing on performing material from my new album for Summer Jam this year.
Your musical influences
My musical influences in hip-hop would have to be Nas, Jay-z, Tupac, Common, Talib Kweli, Journalist, Jean Grae, and Kanye West. These artists took that underground style and brought it to the masses,to a whole another level. They've changed the game. That's what I plan on doing.
What equipment do you use?
Right now I'm currently using FL 6, Cubase SX 3, Cool Edit Pro

Erykah also wears multiple hat's when it comes to creativity. Erykah produces hip-hop,breakbeats,r&b,techno,and pop music when she's not working on her own music. Erykah is also an poet,singer,songwriter, and screenplay writer. She is currently working on her first album called "In Deep Thought" due out in 2007.
