Eric Montgomery
Writing and music production came to life when I started working for Ensoniq Corp and later, for EMU Systems. I had access to great instruments and recording technology and it seemed a horrible thing not to use it! Since then I have worked on sound development projects and demo's for several products.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I don't normally play live because my band (Charles Hill on bass and Bruce Bush on Guitar) are in Chicago and I live in Philadelphia.
Your musical influences
I grew up listening to anything Jimmy Jam & Terry Lewis did. As I got older, my tastes expanded to Jazz artists such as Jeff Lorber, The Yellow Jackets or Joe Sample. I pretty much enjoy everything now a days.
