Your musical influences
The music I listen to is quite different to the music I make. I listen a lot to 60's and 70's music, prog rock, classic rock, psychedelia, some jazz and classical, and lately to artists like Paul Oakenfold, Nick Warren, Sasha, DJ Tiesto and more.
The music I make is mostly electronic (many kinds) and usually has to do with games (e.g. Starcraft, World of Warcraft). It is influenced by similar artists who make custom game music like Daknit, Bard of Justice, Intel, Moonshadow, [P]aradox and by more mainstream and famous artists like P.Oakenfold, N. Warren, Sasha.
