Enola Gay
We are 4 guys, all originally from Iceland, but two have moved to Denmark. We play a mix og Pshychedelic Space Rock and International rock. The only song we have here for you at the moment is the only song weve recorded and its is a pure rock, but we hope to record more songs in the future to show our Pshycedelic side. We call it international rock cause we come from two diffrent countries and fit well together musically.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
It all started when Arnar Pétur and Guðjón Valur decided to form a band in december 1999, than both 12 years old. They were very good freinds and had known each other for some time. At that time they both played guitars, and Arnar on Vocals. Later they hired Viðar Örn on drums but fired him because of his lack of interest. Than the band was named B4. In the year 2001 Guðjón moved to Denmark. In the meantime he swithes to bass guitar. There he meets Almar Dagur and invites him to play drums in the band. At this time we were playing Higschool punk, but later evolved into Pshychedelin Space Rock and International Rock. Almar Dagur comes up with the name Enola Gay, getting the idea... well you can read it here above, in how did you choose your bandname sector. In the autumn 2003 Hafsteinn Þór joins the band on rhythm guitar. Around chrismas 2003 we record our first song - Fly away. We try to practise when the Denmark guys come to Iceland, and we hope that we "still-Icelanders" can get to Denmark someday.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Not yet, because we have not yet managed to get a gig during the time we are all together

What equipment do you use?
Why use techno eqipments when you can have REAL equipments !
