Nightmare Soundscapes derived from many different sources. From digital sonic hardcore to contempory electronic scores, the diveristy never seems to stop. The harsher side refers to the digital sonic soundscapes(...much influence from Merzbow). The other side is much more ambient like such songs as Kool Aid Party which much influence early Throbbing Gristle recordings as well as Black Butterflys which has a nice warmth to it like Chroma Key.
