Earth Born's approach is that of a more conscious and witty foundation. Tryin to take it back to the days when "ice" "bling-bling" & "a lex or beemer" where not in every emcees rhymes or on everytrack on the radio. WE supply you with more thought-provoking tracks to chill and relax tracks to battle rhymes to deep topics and everything in between. You could possibly compare our sound, even though we do not immitate but innovate, to those of Jurassic 5, De la Soul, The Roots, and more to the underground sounds of: LA Symphony, Tunnel Rats, Ugly Duckling, Mountain Brothers, 7L & Esoteric, People Under the Stairs, etc...
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Started off with BDS, tenSHUN and Balance, but Balance left the crew due to creative differences shortly before our 1st LP, Undadogs dropped in 2002, then we picked up a DJ, DJ KG.... and thats the 3man crew you have now... 100% FRESH
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes whenever we get any gigs. We love to rock live to all the true heads and fans in AZ!
