Eagle Creek
Eagle Creek is an East Tennessee-based Bluegrass/BG Gospel band. Formed in late '05 by Joey Ellison & Harold Turner they continue to add to their achievements and schedule. Check out the official Eagle Creek Website and make plans to see them live. Traditional bluegrass lives on!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Band formed in the fall of 05. Harold Turner and (nephew) Joey Ellison put together a group of great people/musicians and from their it has done well. Two original members are no longer with the group. Cathy Thomas and James Hill have moved on but definately on good terms. We have since added Jeff Ellison on Mandolin and Vocals as well as Rick Dalton on Banjo and Sam Burgess on Dobro. Check our website for complete details.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes we have quite an impressive amount of shows. Keeps us real busy. Proud of some of the bigger shows coming up like The Poppy Mountain Bluegrass Festival Showcase Performance.

Martin, Gibson, Blueridge, Fender, Englehardt, Ellison, Vinci, Elixir, Shure, and a bunch of other stuff...
