DYSPHORIA is a two man progressvie THRASH METAL project based in the East Midlands, UK.

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
DYSPHORIA was originally a 4-piece band that gigged a lot around the south of England. We played with some great bands, most notably UK Gothic Metallers SEASON'S END.
Unfortunately due to life committments outside of the band the line-up has been slimmed down to Adam and J.
Playing live is what METAL is all about. We miss it but until we find a drummer and bass player gigs are just not possible.
