Dusty Rain
Hello, I'm Dusty Rain.
Our band was originally formed in 1998 in the state of Vermont as "The Skeeterhoss Band".
In 2003 the band broke up and went their own ways due to creative and personal issues in the band and i went solo for a couple years.
After a couple years and after relocating i re-formed the band in 2005 in southwest Georgia with new members and new material under the current name "Dusty Rain".
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
The band formed back in late 1998 under the name "Skeeterhoss Band" and broke up early 2003 and in late 2005 was reformed into the band it is today.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
We used to play live at many venues throughout the northeast and some in the mid-Atlantic and the south before the band broke up in 2003 and since the reformation of the band in 2005 into what it is today we have played some gigs here and there mainly in the southeast and some in the southwest and northeast aswell as in the Nashville area.
Your musical influences
It varies really, By that I mean in our music theres no real musical influence path so to speak.
I mean we do mainly modern country but, We also do traditional country and other genres as well.
