dusty bones
what's up? dusty bones here! just a rocker by night and family man by day. i live my life for JESUS CHRIST. i don't preach in my music. i just sing about life and it's experiences and hope to make a living some day as a musician. let me know if you think i have what it takes. thanks and GOD bless!!!!!!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
my grandfather(roy)played in nashville, then my dad (roy)learned, who in turn, taught me and my two older brothers (roy and jim) how to play. one of which (jim), took up bass. we formed a band with our cousin (jesse)and eventually, my little brother (pepe) started playing drums for us. our friend from high school(gary) played lead for us we played for years as t.s.a.(the starving artists). we eventually got burned out from it and split up as a band(we still jam together). i've been concentrating on my acoustic stuff for a while.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
i've played live for many years both on my own and with my band. i hope to have some of my heavy rock on here soon.

my dad,ccr,hank williams,metallica,p.o.d.,pillar,skillet,switchfoot,tom petty,collective soul, the eagles,john couger mellencamp,pink floyd,lynard skynard,johnny horton,johnny cash,christian country gospel,nirvana,megadeth, to name a few.

i believe john fogherty(sp) said; "it's not the song you write, and it's not the song you play, it's the song that the people sing". just do it because you like to. don't worry how good or bad it is because as long as somebody likes it, then youv'e accomplished an extraordinary feat!(last part mine). rock on!
