DUSTED REACHES
Band/artist history
The history of DUSTED REACHES is a long one( but I will keep it short). Around the year 1987 out of LODI, N.J. (HOME OF THE MISFITS, SAMHAIN,DANZIG, ETC.) PETE , PAUL, AND LOU, started a thrash,speed metal band called SLAUGHTERED GRACE, which over time evolved into a five piece band( adding another guitarist and vocalist)SLAUGHTERED GRACE recorded a full lenghth cd entitled CALL THIS PLANET SLAUGHTERED GRACE and a rare 2-song 45vinyl entitled TERROR UNLEASHED. Both were received well around the world through magazines and other music media sources. With a steady grace club following in tow they eventually played many shows in the tri-state area, with many bands. But as time went on band members grew and paths changed. All members went on to different bands FIDDLERS GREEN, RAGGED EDGE, PAUL'S FUNERAL, SARDONICA, PLUNGER, to name a few.
NOW, the original members SLAUGHTERED GRACE, PETE,PAUL,AND LOU, ARE BACK, with DUSTED REACHES. A project that has been in the works for a few years and then some. Packing more talent, originality, and power than anything they have ever done before, DUSTED REACHES are loaded and ready with new songs and energy to unleash to all the hellrats, and rivetheads worldwide. Being compared to the likes of ALICE COOPER, TOOL, PINK FLOYD, ALICE IN CHAINS, AND ANYTHING GOTHIC, (no wonder there's excitement in the air) their brand of hard rock will mesmorize you with harmonies, and melodies, blended around pulsating power chords. Open your mind and let the nightmare in , you will be happy you did.
