DT is well seasoned minister of music with music ministry developmental tools (organizational, administrative, for children, teens and adults) that have been proven effective around the world. He is a music minister that constructed a department from 0-over 200 for a congregation of over 5,000. He has witnessed that what has been established here has proven effective around the world. He has assisted ministries Nationwide as well as international to include the Ukraine and multiple trips to Europe (the Netherlands and Germany). His Bruce Lee (cross cultural) approach to praise and worship ministry has garnered him nominations in both Dove and Stellar Award arenas. His life long preparation, growing up an Army Brat Internationally and Nationally and throughout diverse society, not to mention being apart of and a leader of a cross culture ministry has culminated a style of praise and worship that attracts ministries and cultures spanning the globe.Band/artist history
