Dr. Lucille Hargrett
Since birth, Dr. Lucille Hargrett has been surrounded with music and ministry. Her father, Jimmy Lee Gilbert, was a deacon in the church as well as a guitarist. Her mother, Lila Mae Baldwin Gilbert, was a missionary in the church as well as a prophetess and a dynamic vocalist.
Dr. Lucille Hargrett wears many hats: from Mother to Seamstress, from Humanitarian to Songwriter, from Pastor to Author. A classically educated university graduate, Dr. Hargrett holds a Doctorate in Divinity, Masters in Christian Counseling & Psychology, and Bachelor's in Christian Counseling, from Heart Bible International University (HBIU).
Dr. Lucille Hargrett also has had the honor of becoming the recipient of The 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award. Along with other degrees, certifications, numerous accolades and accomplishments, Dr. Hargrett is also a prolific Speaker and uncompromising Prophetess with a heart for the hurting (evidenced by her various noted outreach endeavors). The spiritual birth of Dr. Hargrett began at The BFP Temple of Deliverance Revival Ministry, under the guidance of her natural and spiritual brother, The Barefoot Prophet - Bishop L.L. Gilbert.
Dr. Lucille Hargrett served faithfully in multiple capacities within the ministry. Ultimately, believing that it pleased the Lord to do so, Dr. Hargrett joined hand-in-hand with her husband (the late Pastor Isaiah Hargrett) to do battle against the enemy in founding Second Chance God's Plan Ministry, Inc. in May of 2009 (now, Second Chance God's Plan Revival Ministry, Inc.) A true servant of God, serving God's people; Dr. Lucille Hargrett has been called and anointed for such a time as this!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
