DRK, Dark Rainey Knight, the lastest rapper from the streets of Shaolin. He slays his competition with his hard edge rhymes and thought-provoking lyrics.He writes and produces his own joints.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I'm survivng life in the Ghetto and I'm still breathing. I'm writing everyday and recording every weekend. The plan is to get my word out and see what kind of response I get on the Internet and then start exploring other avenues. I started out rapping since I was twelve but its been the last year and a half that I started to focus steadily on it. I use to be in an Acoustic Hip Hop Band. It was me and this guy Mr. Fai. He use to play an acoustic guitar while I rapped. It was terrible. But now I put together all my stuff at home on my computer and burn cd's for people to listen to.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Wherever I can show off my talents.Rappin on stage or in the park. I luv what I do.
