DRiVEPiN
DRiVEPiN's brand of heavy rock is diverse in texture and delivery. This electrifying four-piece hailing from Southern California has delivered a self-released debut album full of knock-out punches and unruly power. Tracks range in muscularity and subtle nuance, each with devastating riffage and smart vocal passages.
Members include Rich Ducharme (Guitar), Ryan Elias (Bass), Ryan Holmes (Vocals) & Mike Ellison (Drums).
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
DRiVEPiN formed in 2001, recording a three song demo in the Fall and performing their first gig at The Scene, San Diego on Dec. 28th.
In 2002, DRiVEPiN began production of a full-length self-titled album, recording at Double Time Studios in San Diego with Jeff Forrest whose credits include Blink 182, Lucy's Fur Coat and Rocket From The Crypt, all who went on to gaining national attention.
Production of the album was completed in January 2003. The band is currently playing shows throughout Southern California to promote the album.
