Dreamwind is an electronic ambient/space band from Birmingham, Alabama.

Our music is electronic ambient(we have nine keyboards between the two keyboardist) but unique in that we also have a bass player who gives our band a somewhat different sound form standard electronic bands.Band/artist history
The band formed in July of 2000. Gantt and Douglas have know one another since the 1970s when they both played in rock bands in Birmingham, Alabama. Douglas and Bales met in 2000 at a music store. After a few jam sessions, the musicians decided to form the group.Have you performed in front of an audience?We rarely play live. When we do, it is at festivals in Birmingham, Alabama such as the City Stages Festival, New Art Connection Festival and Birmingham Improv Festival.
