This option gives you the opportunity to use the beat for any non-profitable purposes such as websites, commercials, live-performances (talent shows etc.), demos, and one profitable purpose such as underground/street albums which are not to exceed 1,000 copies sold. Once you purchase the leasing rights you will recieve the beat for which you purchased and a terms and agreement form for the beat. This option gives you the full copyright of the beat and lets the owner use the sounds for any/all profitable uses.
