Although the music of Douglas Paul may be loosely described as "progressive rock", there are subtle celtic/Irish influences throughout his songs. This gives the music a unique "international" flavor. Based in Southern California, Douglas Paul started releasing his music in early January of 2003.
His first single, "Spiritual Connection", held the number one spot in its category for 10 straight weeks on the now defunct MP3.com.
His first CD "Storm Inside" is scheduled for release in May 2004.
As a Christian artist Doug plans on listening to his fans and more importantly to God for guidance in composing songs for the next decade and beyond.
