Aaron Comica Theme Aaron Comica Theme

Just a fun party song for my next album. It describes all the basics ya need to know about Double A Ron

Positive Vibes

Double A Ron is your average 20 year-old St. Vital, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canadian boy with a love for retro art, originality, soi-disant people (Self-styled), and a bitter hatred for oppression, "art with similiar styles to mainstream artists", bullying, stuck-up "think your all that" attitudes, conformity and those who enforce it including Satan. As of Febuary 2004, he feels the time to re-emerge in Winnipeg as the alter-ego/rapper, Aaron Comica, is coming back again. Hated by the majority of his "hood" for his quirky, cocky, and again soi-disant (self-style), Double A Ron is continually struggling in the cold, dark, evil infested "3rd rock from the Sun" to regain the status he lost 2 years ago, clear his family name, become the first extrovert of his four-fathers, and leave a legacy for everyone to remember him by. He hopes to re-evolutionize hip-hop and electronic music so positive and uplifting messages will overcome the "Parental Advisory" types today. Double A Ron believes novelty, piece, and self-style should be valued over quality and expert mainstream skills that most see today. He feels the underdogs deserve a chance in life to shine. And he'll do whatever it takes to stand for the oppressed, outcasted, and "different" people who some say don't deserve the reputation they want to have.
Band/artist history
Possessing only three years of piano lessons and self-developed rythum, Double A has taught himself what he feels are considered song writing skills. At 16, he was a keyboard player in a band at Good News Fellowship Church. At 17, he wrote rap songs and still writes them today. He took a couple of years off as a rapper and started remixing game music and still does at www.vgmix.com and www.ocremix.org .
Your musical influences
John Reuben, definately John Reuben. Other than that, I'm influenced by people who remix at Overclocked Remix and VGmix, KJ52, DJ Maj, LA Symph. Crew, Will Smith, and MC Hammer.
What equipment do you use?
Magix Musik Maker 7 Technics KN 5020 Music Creator 2003 and a crap-load of Soundfonts.
Anything else?
Yeah. Peer pressure is worse than drugs.
