Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Most of my music is done in the studio, some of it is live recording. I do play piano, have played live before and enjoy it. I love live music.
Your musical influences
I like a lot of piano, guitar and string sounds. Look for a lot of chords and changes in my music. Think, DJ Quik, Too Short, 70's and 80's funk and soul. I'm trying to do what I call rap-music. If r&b and other types of musicians could play and record their own music, why can't we?
What equipment do you use?
Mostly digital equipment but working on incorporating live stuff.
Anything else?
I write lyrics about what I've been thru, what I've seen, those around me, their lives, etc. I'm not trying to glorify violence, but sometimes there is violence around me. Some of my lyrics are fairly graphic; I'm just trying to show you my reality, thru my eyes, from my heart. The new cd is coming straight out of my heart, it's very real and will have something for everyone. You can buy "A Big Man's Point of View" by going to www.cdbaby.com/cd/doomoriginal
