Doctor Propane
Quirky, fun pop/punk tunes written around classic surf beats and metallic guitar riffs.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Formed in 1993 in Isla Vista CA, Dr. Propane featured the songwriting of George Franks, formerly of the Boston-based band The Returnables. After playing the Santa Barbara and LA club scenes for several years, and releasing 2 tapes, Dr. Propane disbanded in 1996. FOC Records has re-released the surf/pop/punk masterpiece "This Won't Hurt A Bit" on CD.
