Founded in 1999 DMXP Records Inc. became a household name in the Baltimore Mixtape Scene however this died down after DJ DSR turned down several Rap deals with Rocafella, Island Def Jam & Sony BMG. He slowed down on the recoring productions and started to focus more on helping other aspiring artists to get signed since then DMXP Records has become a "Promotional" and Step Up to the Industry by obtaining and managing the most complete roster of underground artists.
