Ay yo, I'm a contract DJ paid to open new clubs and bring venues to above average attendance. I do promotion for Hagland Ent. and am currentyl looking for new artists to spot on mixtapes. All recording is done to perfection and completely paid for. There are some studio contracts avalaible but no garauntees.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
People act like you have to be o nthe grind for years and years before you get noticed but a good friend Bobby J and Brock W introduced me to the tables and I took off. Every night for hours nonstop until you master mixing, scratching and blending techniques.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live in a lot of events, opening new clubs and returning established clubs back to top form. You'll find me occasionally in Club Z1 (lex), The Red Cheetah (cincy) or Avio (lex). House paerties aren't outta the question, i'll never stop doing those its how I started and how i wanna keep in contact with people.
Your musical influences
Anything from R and B to heavy metal. Music is my bloodline, fortunatly I was raised around it and grew a musical ear from birth.
What equipment do you use?
Technics 1200 and i got some CDX tables but hate to stray away from vinyl. Gemini 19" mixer and more speakers and amps then i can keep up with.
Anything else?
I gotta give thanks to Bobby J, i don't think he truly knows it but he's the reason I am where I am. His trust and belief in me had pushed me to perfection with the ones and twos.
