DJ Sir Charles

DJ Sir Charles is a graduate of UNCW Class of 2001 and has become one of the staple DJ's of Southeastern NC for almost a decade. Having played at all your favorite clubs both past and present including but not limited to, Olive or Twist, Penthouse, Blind Willies, Grasshopper, Capones, Red Dogs, Jerry Allens, Clarence Fosters, Metropolis, 131, Souya, Barneys, Hurricane Alleys, Sandbar, Pulse, Paleo Sun, Redds, and many many more. Sir Charles did a noontime mixshow called the 12'oclock Rewind featuring Old School Hip Hop and R&B on Coast 97.3 from 2003 - 2005. Sir Charles has also done music production for Swirl Records, doing many remixes of chart topping songs that were well received. Ever evolving in music Sir Charles scored his first movie "21 Funerals" in 2004 starring Big Boi from Outkast and Lil Jon. DJ Sir Charles has opened up for many national acts such as Public Enemy, Fu Schnickens, and many others.

I have many influences too many to name so I will just name a few. A Tribe Called Quest, Prince, Little Brother, De La Soul, Outkast, Coldplay, DJ Shadow, U2, Rage Against the Machine, Police, Sting, Diamond D, Kanye West, Eric B and Rakim, & KRS One.
