DJ Shag

DJ Shag,formally part of the East Lake crew and now C.E.O of Spitshack Records brings hard hitting beats and gangsta ass lyrics. Acts such as Jack Infamy, Walker Lean, Rizn, and Big Rich are featured on tracks. Most of those mentioned can be found on Soundclick.com. DJ Shag makes and produces his own beats for the upcoming "Fuck You and the System" Due in early 2007. The group collaborated on the Underground vol 5 and 6 mixtapes. Volumes 1-4 can be found through East Lake crew. "We believe that all these rappers talk about 'The Movement' they are creating but all that snap rap/hyphey music, in reality, will just move right on and out."

Started of in East Lake apartments sittin around bullshittin freestyles and making simple beats on Fruity Loops 3. (Since then we've upgraded to Fruity Loops 6. haha...yeaaa... but over the years and upgrades of fruity loops its gotten better.) Underground Mixtapes volumes 1-4 were made in East Lake. Volumes 5-6 were made in the Spitshack. Volumes 5 and 6 are the best ones. I (DJ Shag) am due to release my solo effort,which features some tracks from this Soundclick account, in January 07.
