I am Lee Thorpe aka Dj Fenix, i have been producing electronic based music of many genres under this name for around 12 years, i write anything from chilled beats to dum n bass to trance..........
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
started writing music on my c64/amiga, moved to 2x amigas hooked up by midi, then 1 a1200 with a home made midi card, then to a pc with basic midi software to control a CS1X (i still use it as a controller) then onto software such as acid and cubase, now i use all manner of software depending on my needs, including reason.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
n/a at present although i make music with a band called sartori
