I sampled the sound of one hand clapping and looped it, pressed 500 copies, and they all wound up in dollar bins. Then I recorded a spoken word album with such titles as "barking at a tree does not tree bark make!", and even a diss track called "you must be from turkey because you are a turkey". Unfortunately it got shelved, I guess it was too "Next Level". Heads aint ready.
After much frustration I decided to do an album talkin' 'bout what the streets is like, except that I don't really live on a street, it's a coul-de-sac, and the project hit a dead end.
Despites bumps in my road to wealth, I do have a few moments that I am proud. I sold the neptunes their very first Casio at a yard sale. The "Best of the 80's" CD that I loaned to Puff Daddy made him a millionaire. I'm the one that convinced Hammer to drop the "MC" from his name. It's been a good life.Your musical influences
