Divinorum
Some bands and producers make trance and electronica with few sounds and a very "slight" aural picture... they call it "minimal trance". Minimal trance is fine and we like it, but it is not what Divinorum is about. Divinorum is about "Maximal trance". Take the journey and you will discover vast fields of sound, big and lush, cosmic and powerful. It's the BIG sound of Divinorum - Maximal Trance!
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Divinorum was started in 1997 by the already experienced music producer Bjorn Lynne. Before then, he already released a number of alternative, rock, and symphonic albums. But the universe of psychedelic and cosmic trance had a powerful impact. In late 1997, Divinorum went to the top of the download charts at the popular internet music site mp3.com.
Throughout 1998, various Divinorum tracks appeared on compilation CDs from several record labels all over the world, including BooM! Records, Tranceplant, Solid Records, TRSI Records, Scope Records, Clubware Records and others.
In February 2000, Divinorum was "featured artist of the month" in the high profile musicians magazine Keyboard Magazine published in USA, and distributed all over the world.
