for producing i'd say The Alchemist, DJ Premeir, Heatmakers, Havoc(of mobb deep), Kanye West has sum good shit, Dr. Dre always got fire beats, DJ Green lantern.. i could go on for a while...

I use Fruity Loops 5 and for mixing I use Cool Edit Pro 2
