Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Myself (Matt Green, guitar) and Ryan Mullins (bass) used to be in a band called LeveL. LeveL disbanded and we teamed up with TJ York (drums) and Jereme Brosch (vocals) who were formerlly in a band called Downfall. We had a common goal of writing music we all loved and Disgrace by Design was born!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Play live frequently in MO and have travelled to Illinois. We pride ourselves on our presentation live through our sound and presence. All our shows have had special moments and we know there are many more to come...big and small.
Your musical influences
Really too many to mention. The world of metal obviously (underground and beyond) and other genres of music. Disgrace by Design are a metal band and always will be. Heavy metal is in our blood. We respect newer bands like Lamb of God, Meshuggah, Killswitch Engage, Pantera, Black Label Society, Superjoint Ritual, Down, Crowbar and Hatebreed but also love great acts such as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and the list goes on!
What equipment do you use?
Ibanez/BC Rich guitars, Ibanez basses, Mesa Boogie amps, Carvin bass amps, Pearl Drums, Shure mics.
