DIRTY 130
Dirty 130 consist of Big Boo Gaines, Wayne Asayne, Kaiser Kenty and Bone. The group formed in Charlotte NC and showed their versatility by producing, writing, performing, recording, and financing their whole first project on their independent label which is now known as Mo’ Soul Records.
Their first single “Dirty 130” released in late 2000 entailed a sultry bounce beat laid over smooth lyrics and an enchanting hook. “Dirty 130” blow up the airwaves in Charlotte and became the most requested local song on WPEG (Power 98). The success of that alone has helped the group open shows for the Cash Money Millionaires and Nappy Roots along with being the headliner group themselves at various clubs in Georgia, South and North Carolina.
Their follow up single ”Jumpin Music” with it’s pulsating beat and heavy synth programming along with plenty other club bangers will definitely set the clubs off as well as urban and pop radio formats. Not gunning for regional success, Dirty130 produce music that will gain national exposure for the four-man group. Dirty 130 bring a variety of different flavors and styles that blend perfectly to make the right southern gumbo.
The new album “Operation 130” contains a style of music that is not only universal but also original and showcases each member’s individual talents and opens the world to a new era of music, one without boundaries and limitations.
