Devil's Cartel
Devil's Cartel is zombie hiphop minus the hiphop with a slice of electronica...it's a very dark and moody blend and you will get the idea just from my influences...
The vocals are sung by a friend of mine, Victoria, lead singer of Left Hand Drive (LHD)...an up and coming South African alternative rock band... :) watch out for them...

As far as Devils Cartel is concerned i am hoping to move it to a live stage soon...watch this space...
Victoria on the other hand performs with LHD and you should be able to catch them live in various rock venues across JHB, SA.

Goldfrapp, Massive Attack, Portishead, SneakerPimps, Aphex Twin, Boards of Canada, Bjork...actually most electronica and trip hop.
Victoria's influences are Mazzy Star, Counting Crows, Dixie Chicks, Ryan Adams and Fiona Apple.
What equipment do you use?
Reason 2.5 rewired into CubaseSX 01 running thru a Hammefall 9652...all the takes are recorded thru a AKG414EB and the mixing handled by an O2R...all the monitoring is done by Tannoy System 800s...
